Bath is a worthwhile town to visit, although thousands of other tourists will also be there. In addition to the Roman Baths that give the town its name are various interesting bits including the Bath Circus (why have a town square when you can have a circle of 33 town-houses?), Royal Crescent (similar idea, but a crescent instead of a circle) and Putney/Pulteney Road Bridge. Photos are at Bath Circus, the Putney Road Bridge (note the submerged weir in front of it) and a street with a misleading name, not far from the Baths.
